Welcome to my website which describes my professional involvement with people.  More importantly it shares my journey of growth and change which allows me to help people help themselves on the exciting road of life.

I have been best known as a veteran radio talk show host, writer, bereavement and trauma specialist.  Now I am a Women's Advocate, creating Women in Focus to recognize personal potentials and spiritual empowerment.  Holistically oriented workshops, lectures, and groups provide women knowledge of their own strengths and skills. 

Part of my message is to create healthy self concepts for women who in turn can influence their daughters, sons, sister, brothers, nieces, nephews and children of friends.  Self image and confidence are major!
